We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic People Manager to double our Quuppa family size to 100! You will do talent acquisition together with our hiring managers and find the best ways to search and engage new Quuppa talents to all our sites around the world. Your essential role is to support the organization in growth, manage smooth onboarding for the newbies and foster the unique Quuppa Culture and to further build our employer branding in close cooperation with marketing.
In addition to talent acquisition and management, you will take ownership of all daily HR administration, process development, and improving our ways of working. You will have a key role in providing proactive support to our managers and in developing the leadership capabilities in the organization.
As a People Manager, you will be responsible for areas such as:
The whole recruitment process & onboarding activities with the latest tools and methods
Both the operational and strategic HR matters from A to Z with hands-on approach
Facilitating HR management and leadership in the organization
Supporting rapid growth from HR perspective, and maintaining and developing Quuppa culture and employee value proposition
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Strong experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology company or a similar environment
Experience of working in an international environment and teams, fluency in English (Quuppa’s working language is English)
Experience of working in a growth company or a similar fast paced environment, change management skills
Demonstrated experience in an operational HR role
Experience of Finnish labor law and statutory employment obligations to ensure legal compliance
Skills and motivation to support our managers and personnel throughout the employee life cycle
Highly organized, self-motivated team member with a ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proactive, solutions-oriented, hands-on approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, capability to build relationships and trust with different stakeholders
