We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the Americas team! As a Quuppa team member, you will work in an international environment, with a diverse group of team members and a diverse set of technical issues. We are looking for someone who excels in teamwork and should be comfortable when interacting and communicating with customers. In this role you will interact with leadership within Quuppa, and with customers (CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain your expertise in using Quuppa’s technology.
Tracking and taking ownership of partner technical issues, both internally and externally.
Investigating and delivering technical solutions to customers for pre and post-sales engagements.
Document and deliver written communications to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain a technical understanding of competitive offerings.
Assist with the development and execution of sales plans and proposals
Actively participate as a subject matter expert for certain Quuppa products and technologies, providing consultative support to other Sales Engineers in the area of your specialization.
Develop and grow technical competencies that complement your strengths.
Manage all customer feature/solution requests including documentation of customer requirements, prioritization of all customer requests within each account, and driving the development of key features with the product team.
Participate in the delivery of professional services
Represent Quuppa at technology at trade shows and conferences as directed
Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Development, Operations, etc.
Participate in the continued development of Quuppa’s customer support program
Deliver technical customer training.
Assist your team in the creation of relevant support materials and tools.
