Quuppa is now looking for a Sales and Solutions Engineer to join the team! In this role your main task will be to work with our customers and solution partners and provide technical support and consultation to them on how to deploy and integrate the Quuppa technology in order to build world-class real-time location services. You will often partner up with our sales team and proactively interact with customers, understand their requirements, and seek solutions to their needs. In addition, you will participate in the development of Quuppa’s customer support program, provide technical customer training, and create technical documentation together with the team.
Our ideal candidate for this role is a customer-oriented engineer who is self-motivated, hands-on and organized, capable of successfully following-up and completing complex tasks, and not afraid of asking questions. In this role there is a lot of both internal and external communication which underlines the importance of interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role you need to be able to learn in depth the Quuppa system and be fluent in explaining the system features to customers. You also need to be able to validate customers’ implementations, provide suggestions and alternative solutions, and help them debug and troubleshoot system architectures. You need to excel in team work and should be comfortable when interacting with customers and partner companies from different industries. The role will also involve travelling to support our customers on-site from time to time. The role can be extended to cover wider responsibilities depending on your knowledge, interests and skills.
